One of the passions of our enterprise of companies is giving back to our local community. We create, collaborate, and partner with community-based organizations to sponsor, produce, and participate in a wide variety of programs that support:

- Workforce development

Construction Academy
One of our enterprise of companies’ flagship programs is our Construction Academy. Since 2016, we’ve brought together:
- 5,000+ Detroit high school students
- 500+ Michigan skilled trade partners
- 100+ vocational schools and apprenticeship programs
- 2,000+ volunteers
As a result, the number of students interested in skilled trades grew by 93% after attending the academy.
Charity Golf Outing
Since 1999, our enterprise of companies has hosted an annual charity golf outing that is responsible for raising over $1.6M for the Detroit community. All proceeds from this year’s event will benefit:
- DBG Detroit
- Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan
Retail Summit
Our general contractor sister company has a thriving nationwide retail and food service construction division. This division works with some of the most recognizable retail brands nationally and globally, including:
- High-end retail brands
- Electric vehicle manufacturers
- Restaurant groups
To leverage these relationships, our enterprise of companies hosts an event in NYC each year that brings together their stellar client lists for networking and thought leadership programming.
